Right Employment is a supported employment service for people who have a learning disability.

It operates throughout Oxfordshire.

It supports people throughout the whole employment process, from initial information and advice to support within the workplace.

The service has been operating since 1999 and has found over 420 paid jobs for people with learning disabilities in Oxfordshire.
